Independence is not about doing everything alone. It is about having the right support to live the life you choose. Our individual community living support helps people with disabilities and seniors engage with their communities on their own terms. We assist with social activities, volunteering, recreation, community events, and building the daily living skills that make independence possible. Our goal is not to do things for your loved one but to help them do things for themselves, with support that fades into the background as confidence grows.
We work with your loved one and their care team to understand their goals.
A support plan is created that focuses on the skills and activities they want to develop.
A caregiver accompanies them to community activities, appointments, and social outings.
Skills training happens naturally within real-world settings.
Progress is tracked and the plan adjusts as your loved one grows more independent.
